CHILDBIRTH PREPARATION CLASSES

Learn about the birth process and develop a trust in the body’s natural abilities.

Classes will cover:

• Ways to connect to your natural instincts
• Labor coping techniques
• Understanding the labor process
• The birth partners role - techniques on how to support a laboring woman
• Bonding, breastfeeding & initial newborn and postpartum care
