Childbirth Preparation Classes

Learn about the birth process and develop a trust in the body’s natural abilities.

Classes will cover:

  • Ways to connect to your natural instincts
  • Labor coping techniques
  • Understanding the labor process
  • The birth partners role - techniques on how to support a laboring woman
  • Bonding, breastfeeding & initial newborn and postpartum care

4 WEEK CLASS SERIES 

  • Tuesdays 6:00pm - 7:30pm
    • July 13, 20, 27, August 3
    • August 17, 24, 31, September 7
    • October 12, 19, 26, November 2
    • November 30, December 7, 14 (three week series over holidays)
    • January​ 18, 25, February 1, 8

Prenatal Yoga Classes

Yoga is a system of exercises designed to promote physical and mental well-being. During pregnancy, yoga can enhance comfort and improve energy. The classes focus on breathing techniques and postures specifically safe for pregnant women.

Join us and practice yoga from home. No registration required. The classes are streamed on facebook. All of the prenatal yoga classes remain on the page and they include a description of each class and can be viewed at any time.
