Prenatal Yoga Classes
Yoga is a system of exercises designed to promote physical and mental well-being. During pregnancy, yoga can enhance comfort and improve energy. The classes focus on breathing techniques and postures specifically safe for pregnant women.
Join us and practice yoga from home. No registration required. The classes are streamed on facebook. All of the prenatal yoga classes remain on the page and they include a description of each class and can be viewed at any time.
