St. Louise Regional Hospital Proudly Hosts 3rd Annual Community BBQ

St. Louise Regional Hospital was proud to host its 3rd Annual Community BBQ honoring First Responders on Saturday, October 14, 2018. Kids of all ages enjoyed games and learning about ambulances, fire trucks, the SWAT vehicle, the mounted enforcement unit, and police cars. They especially enjoyed sitting down for a BBQ lunch with our local heroes to hear about their adventures and why they decided to go into public service.

The event featured our community partners, such as Rotacare, Foothill Community Clinic, Bonita Springs Hospice Care, and Gavilan Community College who performed blood pressure checks. Our Breast Care Centers also scheduled mammogram appointments and gave out information on the importance of annual screening.

Employees and physicians donated their time and energy to plan and manage the event. John Hennelly, CEO, stated, “our St. Louise team cares so much about our community and we were proud to produce this event by bringing the community together to say thanks to our first responders.”

A special thank you to our donors that helped make the event possible:
